Refund eligibility depends on the agreed service stage, work already performed, costs incurred and the written terms for the client case.
Stage-Based Payments
The core service is divided into payment stages so clients do not pay the full service fee at the beginning.
Work Already Performed
A payment connected to professional work that has already been started or completed may be non-refundable.
Government and Third-Party Costs
Government fees, translations, insurance, notary costs and other third-party expenses already incurred may be non-refundable.
Visa or Permit Refusal
A government refusal does not automatically make all professional service fees refundable. The applicable terms depend on the agreed client arrangement and completed service stage.
Refund Requests
Refund questions should be sent in writing with the client's name, payment reference and relevant service stage.
